I love doing something special for my two and a half year old for every little holiday. She has so much fun with whatever it is… a special meal, snack, or dessert, a craft project, an exciting outing, or game and lets face it, I LOVE planning for the special day. Here are a few last minute ideas(yes, you caught me. I haven’t had much time to plan for St Patty’s Day yet) to make your little one’s day extra fun!
Get in the kitchen and bake some yummy rainbow cupcakes! The kids will be extra excited about once they take their first bite and find a rainbow of colors!
A pot of gold, jello!
or surprise them with a rainbow stack of pancakes for breakfast!
When I was a little girl the Leprechaun would leave gold coins all over the house for us to collect, definitely a tradition in our home!
This is an easy craft idea… do a google image search and print out some black and white coloring pages and grab the crayons.
