We had a wonderful day celebrating Adisten’s 6th birthday with her little friends. After naming off a few party ideas to her, we both fell in love with the idea of a unicorn party…. and what could be more enchanted than having a real “Unicorn” at your party!? My wonderful friend, Steph from Steph Anderson Photography took these beautiful photos of the party. I can’t thank her enough!
I designed a new party printable collection in the colors of pinks, aqua, coral, and lavenders with lots of flowers and unicorns in mind. The printable set includes coordinating invitations, party circles, thank you tags, adorable unicorn signs, food labels, “Happy Birthday” banner, water bottle labels, and straw flags.
As little guests arrived, they were greeted with flower tutu aprons, personalized flip flops, and hair bows to wear at the party. For their extra clothes, they were given a personalized bag to keep all their belongings in.
We served light snacks of fairy bread, popcorn, fruit, veggies, and of course dessert! As the girls were finishing up their snacks the unicorn, Faith from All God’s Creatures Zoo in Southern California, made a surprise appearance!
Each girl got to ride on the unicorn and then got to adopt their very own unicorn to take home.
The dessert table! I fell in love with these paper flowers! As soon as I saw these paper flowers I knew I had to do them for the party. I found the tutorial on The Hostess with the Mostess here. I will warn you though, it took me forever to make all these flowers. I think I got “fast” enough that it took me about 17 minutes per flower. In the end, I was so happy with the way it turned out!
Happy 6th Birthday, Adisten!!!
